Shipping Address
We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase (or during the checkout process??).Propose to amend to: Orders will only be shipped to the billing address or the shipping address provided by you during the checkout process.
Please ensure that the accurate shipping addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid and legitimate delivery addresses.
.We shall not be responsible for any delay, loss or failed delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
All re-delivery of goods (or parcel??) to you will be charged for additional shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt. The additional shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Change In Shipping Address
If you have any request for change of shipping address, please contact us at thye.lps@gmail.com within 12 hours upon your order submission.
If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours (12 hours or 24 hours?) upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
Requests for changes to the shipping address must be made within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Requests made after this 12-hour period may not be accommodated, particularly if the order has already been processed or shipped.
If a change of shipping address can still be arranged after the order has been processed, the customer shall bear any additional shipping or administrative charges incurred.

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery will typically take place during normal business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, depending on the delivery service provider.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer and acknowledged by the courier service provider.
Tracking Number
Once goods is picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication is to be via email/mobile app/sms.
For non-tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated via email/mobile app/sms. Proof of purchase, invoice or delivery order will be available.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.

Once your order has been dispatched by our shipping partner, a tracking number will be provided to you via email, SMS or mobile application notification where available.
You may use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order through the courier service provider.
For non-tangible products or services, order confirmation and payment receipt will be communicated via email, mobile application notification or SMS. Proof of purchase, invoice or delivery confirmation will also be provided electronically where applicable.
