Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

Customers may cancel their order(s) before the goods/products are shipped from our warehouse without incurring any additional charges. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us your order details at osc.bethanyroma@gmail.com

 

Once the cancellation request is received and confirmed, a full refund will be initiated. For cancellation prior to shipment, we recommend submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

 

 

Return Policy

The following conditions apply for return requests after shipment/receipt of goods:

 

1. All goods sold are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances (i) Failed Delivery (ii) Wrong Item Deliveredand (iii) Goods damages during delivery.

 

2. Only products purchased directly from LPS Shoes Sdn BhdOnline Store are eligible for return under this policy.

 

3. Products purchased through other retailers or third-party platforms is not eligible for this policy and must follow the respective retailers’ returns and refund policy.

 

4. Goods may be eligible for return under the following situations:

 

Incorrect Item:

 

The item received is not the item ordered

The wrong size or colour was delivered compared with the order confirmation.

Items are missing from the package.

Damaged Item:

 

The item is found to be damaged upon receipt due to delivery handling.

Returns are applicable only for complete products originally purchased from the LPS Shoes Sdn Bhd Online Store.

Customers shall be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the goods unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Returned Requirements:

The item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt,as evidenced by the postal or courier receipt).

The customer must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

The item must be unused and in new condition and returned in its original packaging together with any accessories or free gifts received. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not damaged in any manner.

The item must be returned in the original box (or at least, suitable protective packaging) to prevent the product from damage during return delivery

Change of order or cancellation due to change of mind will not be accepted once payment has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to reject any return, cancellation or refund request that does  not comply with the above requirements.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Once the returned goods are received and inspected at our return centre, a refund will be processed if the returned goods comply with the conditions stated in this policy.

Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment:

For Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your bank account via online bank transfer, (or within 3–5 working days after approval).

For Credit Card Payment:

 

Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment. The time required for the refund to appear on your statement will depend on the card-issuing bank
